What the lots here carry
The inventory mix in Ramsey leans practical. Every one of the four dealers sells used RVs, motorhomes and travel trailers, and three of the four also stock new units, so you can compare a fresh model against a two-year-old trade-in on the same trip. PleasureLand RV - Ramsey is the biggest draw by review volume, with 767 reviews and a 4.5 average. Markquart RV - Ramsey matches that rating with 348 reviews and adds parts and delivery. Airstream of Minnesota is the place to start if aluminum-bodied trailers are on your list. Campers Inn RV of Ramsey rounds out the group.
Buying used without the guesswork
Used is the default here, and that is fine if you do the homework. Ask for the maintenance file, check tire date codes, and look at the roof seams yourself rather than taking a salesman's word. A pre-purchase inspection by an independent RV tech costs money up front and routinely saves more than it costs. On the motorhome side, confirm generator hours and whether the house batteries hold a charge overnight. Ramsey's lots turn over trade-ins steadily, so the unit you see today may be gone next week, but a second visit to walk the same floorplan again is cheaper than a trade-up later.
Service, parts and timing
PleasureLand, Markquart and Airstream of Minnesota all run service departments, and three of the four carry parts, which matters when a water pump quits in July. Campers Inn offers parts and delivery but not an on-site service listing, so ask where warranty work gets handled before you sign. Late fall and winter are slow months at Minnesota dealerships, and sales staff tend to be more flexible on price when the lot is quiet. Line up financing with your own bank or credit union first, then let the dealer try to beat it.
