The top of the heap
Moix RV - Hot Springs Landing and Razorback Camper Sales both hold 4.8 stars. Moix has 107 reviews and covers new, used, and travel trailers, with financing, service, parts, and trade on site. Razorback has 712 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a local lot, and offers financing, service, and trade. I would start with these two for a reason: high ratings with high volume usually mean fewer surprises at delivery. Both have service departments, so you can get warranty work done where you bought it. Call ahead to confirm the specific unit is still on the lot before you drive.
Where the inventory leans
Travel trailers dominate here, with four of the five dealers carrying them. Used inventory shows up at three lots, and only one dealer, Quality Wheelz, lists motorhomes. Two dealers offer financing, so get pre-approved at your own bank first and compare. Quality Wheelz has 94 reviews and a 4.2 rating, with service and parts. ByeFromMe LLC is the smallest with 28 reviews and a 4.2 rating, but it offers parts and delivery on travel trailers. If you want a motorhome, Quality Wheelz is your main stop. For travel trailers, all five are in play.
When you are ready to buy
Hot Springs is a driving town, and the nearby Ouachita Mountains and Lake Hamilton give you good reasons to own an RV. Buy in the off-season when lots are quieter and sales staff have time to answer questions. Always get a pre-purchase inspection on a used unit, even from a dealer with a strong rating. At delivery, do the walk-through with the service department and record it. Financing pre-approval from your own bank gives you a benchmark. I walked away from a third deal because the walk-through felt rushed, so trust that instinct. A little patience here saves a lot of repair bills later.
