Factory Direct Marine & RV - Americus (Service and Repairs Location)

What's on the lots
LIV Travel Trailers and the Factory Direct Marine & RV sales showroom anchor the new side, while the Factory Direct service and repairs location handles motorhomes and travel trailers. LIV carries new travel trailers only. Factory Direct's showroom stocks motorhomes and travel trailers and offers financing and trade-ins. The service location also has parts and trade. None of the three list used inventory, so if you want used you'll likely need to expand your search beyond Americus. Call ahead to confirm which models are physically on the lot before you drive over.
Reputation and reviews
The service and repairs location has the most feedback: 159 reviews and a 3.9 rating. That volume suggests it's a busy shop, so ask about scheduling and turnaround when you call. LIV Travel Trailers has 11 reviews and a 3.8 rating. The sales showroom has no rating yet, which is common for newer or lower-volume locations. Read recent reviews for patterns, but weigh them against what you see on the lot. A pre-purchase inspection from an independent RV tech is worth the cost on any rig, new or used.
Buying tips for this market
With only three dealers, it pays to get pre-approved by your own bank or credit union before you shop. One dealer here offers financing, but comparing outside rates keeps the negotiation simple. If you're trading, get a written offer on your current RV first. Ask for a full walk-through at delivery and test every system: water pump, furnace, fridge, slide-outs, and holding tanks. Off-season shopping can mean more attention from sales staff. Americus is within reach of Andersonville and Lake Blackshear, so plan a shakedown trip close to home.
