What the Rockwall lots carry
Of the four dealerships in town, three sell used units and three handle motorhomes, while two stock travel trailers. That mix shapes what you'll see on the lots: a decent spread of pre-owned coaches and towables, and fewer brand-new trailers than you'd find farther out. If a new travel trailer is the goal, plan on widening the search toward the neighboring cities rather than settling. Call ahead and ask what's physically on the ground. Lot listings go stale fast, and a unit shown online may already be sold or off at a show.
The big two
McClain's RV Rockwall is the name most locals know, with 1,457 reviews and a 4.6 rating. Beyond sales it runs financing, service, and delivery, which matters if you'd rather not tow your first rig home yourself. Fun Town RV Dallas, at 4.7 across 1,240 reviews, carries new and used motorhomes and travel trailers and adds parts, trade-ins, and delivery. Both are worth a walk-through even if you buy elsewhere. Walk the service bay and ask how far out appointments are booked. That line tells you more about ownership than any sales pitch.
The smaller shops
Road-Trip USA RV LLC shows a 5.0 rating from a single review, so treat the number as a starting point, not proof. It deals in used units and takes consignments, which can turn up oddball finds you won't see on a big lot. Legacy Coach Inc sticks to motorhomes and sits at 3.9 across 26 reviews. Read those reviews closely before you drive over. At small operations, ask who handles warranty work and where the rig goes if something breaks. Get any promise in writing on the buyer's order before you sign.

Questions people ask
How many RV dealers are in Rockwall?
There are 4 RV dealerships in Rockwall, with 12 more nearby. That gives you a short local list and a wider pool along the I-30 corridor if you're willing to drive a bit.
Do Rockwall dealers sell used RVs?
Yes. Three of the four dealerships in town list used inventory, so pre-owned coaches and towables are easy to find here. The new selection is thinner, with fewer lots carrying fresh stock.
Can I buy a motorhome in Rockwall?
Three of the four local dealerships carry motorhomes, including Legacy Coach Inc, which sells them exclusively. That makes Rockwall a reasonable stop for Class A and Class C shoppers comparing several lots in one trip.
Which Rockwall dealer has the best reviews?
McClain's RV Rockwall holds a 4.6 rating from 1,457 reviews, the largest sample in town. Fun Town RV Dallas is close behind at 4.7 from 1,240 reviews. Road-Trip USA shows 5.0 but from a single review.
