What the lots carry
Five of the six Meridian dealers stock travel trailers, three carry motorhomes, and three list used units. That mix means you can compare a towable and a Class C in the same afternoon without crossing town twice. Bish's RV of Meridian and Camping World run the biggest operations, with new and used inventory plus parts and service. Uncharted Recreation, the highest rated at 4.9 from more than 1,100 reviews, focuses on travel trailers. Idaho Recreation Superstore shows a perfect score but only three reviews, so treat that number lightly. Call ahead on a specific floorplan. Big lots rotate stock fast and the unit you saw online may already be sold.
Financing and trade-ins
Three of the six dealers offer financing, and Leisureland RV Center Sales & Service lists trade-ins. Get pre-approved by your own bank or credit union before you walk the lot. It gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing and tells you what you can actually spend. If you have a trailer or motorhome to move, ask for a trade number in writing and check it against private-party values. Consignment is available at Bish's and Camping World if selling outright makes more sense for you.
Service after the sale
Five of the six dealers have a service department, and most also carry parts. That matters more than the sales experience, because you will spend years in the service lane. Ask how far out their shop is booked before you buy. A lot with a two-month wait for warranty work can sour a good deal. Leisureland runs separate sales and parts-and-service locations, so confirm which address handles your repair. On any used unit, hire an independent inspector before signing. A few hundred dollars now can save a season of regret.

Questions people ask
How many RV dealers are in Meridian?
Six dealerships operate in Meridian, and another 12 are within reach in the surrounding area. That gives you plenty of lots to compare in a single day.
Which Meridian dealer has the best rating?
Uncharted Recreation leads with 4.9 stars from 1,148 reviews. Idaho Recreation Superstore shows 5.0 but has only three reviews, so weigh that one cautiously. Bish's and Camping World have far more reviews, which gives a steadier picture.
Do I need a pre-purchase inspection on a used RV?
Yes. Three Meridian dealers sell used units, and condition varies widely. An independent inspector checks the roof, seals, appliances, and systems you might miss on a lot walk-through. Budget for it as part of the purchase.
Where can I get warranty work done in Meridian?
Five of the six dealers have a service department, and several also stock parts. Ask about current wait times before you buy, since a busy shop can delay repairs. Leisureland splits sales from parts and service, so confirm the right address.
