About Plaza RV
Plaza RV sits in Bondurant and covers a lot of ground: new and used RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels, plus golf carts and pick-up campers. Coachmen lines show up on the lot, including Chaparral fifth wheels and Freedom Express travel trailers. The shop side handles service and parts, and reviewers talk about roof replacement, roof membrane repair and hail damage repair. One customer with hail damage said the team got them in the next day and worked with the insurance company. Others mention quick repair turnaround when other shops were booked months out. Pricing comes up as competitive in several reviews, and a few people point to the parts department and experienced, kind staff. Not every review is positive. One buyer of a used camper felt issues were not disclosed, and another said the dealership did not own its mistakes. Worth reading the full reviews before you go. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.

“After we had our RV get pummeled with baseball size hail and 60+mph winds, PlazaRV was able to get us in and get things righted in record time. Others were quoting three to four months just to get on a repair schedule.” – RV V., 2 years ago, on Google
“I lost the keys to my camper. I didn’t buy the camper from these guys. Went in thinking I’d have to buy all new locks. The guy took 15 mins to figure out what specific key I needed and sold me $8 worth of two new keys instead.” – Chris D., 2 years ago, on Google
“I recently purchased a camper from Plaza RV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Phil and Dave were phenomenal, and the entire staff was outstanding.” – Don G., a year ago, on Google
