About Hillcrest RV
Hillcrest RV sits in Ankeny, Iowa, and handles both sales and service, billing itself as an RV sales and service shop. Reviewers tend to focus on the people. A couple of them call out the staff as friendly and knowledgeable, and one describes a worker who took time to explain what to do and what not to do, sharing experience about a specific problem. Another sums it up as good service from great folks to work with, with prices called very reasonable. Roof work gets mentioned on the service side, including camper roof replacement. Somebody bought a camper here and left it at that. Not everyone was happy. One reviewer said the cheap camper was the only good part, then listed problems and said calls went unanswered after the purchase. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you go. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking. Hours are posted, so check them before driving over.
