About Wilkins RV of Syracuse
Wilkins RV of Syracuse sits in Cicero and sells new and used RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. Brands on the lot include Heartland, Forest River, Grand Design, Newmar, Alliance, and Coachmen. Financing, service, parts, and consignment are all handled here, and they deliver. Reviewers often mention the camper selection and the sales staff. One shopper praised a rep named Liam for helping from start to finish, and another said the finance process felt low pressure. The indoor showroom comes up too, which matters when you're browsing in a central New York winter. It's not all smooth. Several reviews describe slow follow-up from the service department after a purchase, with calls and messages going unanswered and repair appointments booked out weeks. A few mention wiring work that looked unfinished. The sales side gets better marks than the service side, so keep that in mind if you'll need work done down the road.
