About Travelcamp RV Corporate Office
This is the corporate office for Travelcamp RV, a dealer that has been selling since 2014 and lists used units along with parts, consignment, trade and delivery. The lot sits in Jacksonville, and the business describes itself as serving the Southeast. Hours are not posted, so call before you drive out. Reviews are a mixed bag. It holds a 3.3 rating across 31 Google reviews, and several buyers describe trouble after the sale. One buyer says a camper came with rust, misaligned ramps and missing decals after being told repairs were coming. Another writes of waiting most of a day to pick up a unit, and others mention slow tag and title paperwork and unreturned calls or emails about refunds. Some of those same reviewers say staff did send a mobile mechanic out to look at problems. Read the recent reviews yourself before you put down a deposit, and get any promised repairs in writing.
