About Airstream of Jacksonville
Airstream of Jacksonville is a full-service dealership on the city's lot for everything Airstream. New travel trailers on the floor include the Sport, Flying Cloud, International Signature and Serenity, Classic, and the Tommy Bahama edition. You'll also find used units, a camping store, parts, consignment and an RV repair shop under the same roof. It holds 5 Rivet accreditation as an Airstream dealer, and the building is wheelchair accessible throughout. Reviews are mostly warm about the people. Several mention Scott in parts, who gets named for being informative and upfront with recommendations, and Grayson in service for courtesy. Others describe sales as low pressure with follow-through, and one buyer credits the sales manager with tracking down the exact model they wanted. A service manager also draws praise for being friendly and knowledgeable. Not every review is happy. One owner of a new 2024 Rangeline reports a fuel line leak and a busted sensor before 2k miles, then a long wait in a service department they call understaffed and dismissive. The rating sits at 4.3 from 6 Google reviews, so read the whole spread before you go.
