About Tiara RV Sales
Tiara RV Sales sits in Elkhart, which the dealership calls the RV Capital of the World, and it leans on that location to keep prices low. It is family-owned and sells new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. Financing and trade-ins are part of the deal, and there is a parts and service side too. Reviewers describe a low-pressure sales floor. Several mention staff taking time to answer questions and letting them walk through multiple units without being rushed. One buyer drove five hours to trade in a camper and named Tanner and Kyle as the people who helped. A few others praise the service center for professionalism and for walking them through a new rig at pickup. Not every review is clean. One customer said repair items went unaddressed and later found a leak and mouse droppings. Another thought add-on plans could have been explained earlier in the sale. Online parts shoppers, meanwhile, keep mentioning fast shipping and hard-to-find parts arriving quickly. Sales and finance run Monday through Friday 8 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 4, closed Sunday. Parts and service hours are shorter.
