About Heartland RVs
Heartland RVs sits in Elkhart, Indiana, and works as both an RV dealer and a manufacturer, with motorhomes among the units mentioned. The company says its rigs get a final quality check at an audit facility before shipping to dealers, and a nationwide network of service partners handles problems on the road. Delivery and service are part of what's listed. The Google rating is 2.7 from 203 reviews, and the feedback splits. Some owners praise layouts and a few model lines, with the Mallard drawing repeated mention along with the brand overall. Others describe real trouble: water leaks, doors pulling from the ceiling, and towing that felt unsafe. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Hours are posted but not open around the clock.
