About Sierra Mobile RV
Sierra Mobile RV in Port Isabel handles both sales and service. The shop works on RVs and sells parts, and reviewers often mention the staff's knowledge. One new owner said the husband-and-wife team was helpful and knew how to maintain an RV. Another called the technicians superstars after a stuck awning was fixed at their campsite. Response time comes up a lot. A customer with a dead A/C got an appointment the next day, and the shop found the unit was still under warranty. Someone else called on a Saturday afternoon and had help at their site in under two hours. A roof damaged by wind on the way to South Padre got a temporary repair within two days. The reviews point to fair bills and techs who show up when they say they will. People mention being kept in the loop by text. One reviewer from Illinois said they'd take the shop home if they could. Another from Houston plans to drive down for future repairs. If you need work done or parts, this is a spot to keep in mind.
