About Sierra RV
Sierra RV in La Feria handles sales, parts, and service. It's a family-run operation, and reviewers often mention the polite staff and the clean shop. One customer with a 40-foot quad-slide rig said they finally found a place with a good structure in place after other shops were too busy or didn't show up. Mobile repair comes up a lot. Someone's inverter died and a tech came to their home on a hot Saturday morning and swapped it in about 90 minutes. Another reviewer had a transfer switch ordered and installed within a day. AC replacements get the same quick turnaround, including same-day mobile service for a vacationer on South Padre Island. People also mention fair quotes and technicians who seem to know what they're doing. Parts selection gets a nod, and the staff is described as skilled and polite. Wheelchair access is available at the entrance and parking lot. Call ahead to confirm hours before you head over.
