About Runge's Camper Rentals
Runge's Camper Rentals runs out of Fond du Lac and rents towable campers in a few different floorplans. They'll deliver to Road America and other campgrounds around the area, which takes some of the work out of a race weekend or a state park trip. The owners both work other jobs from August through May, so email or leave a message if nobody picks up right away. Reviews are mostly positive, and renters tend to mention the same things. People describe the trailers as clean and well maintained, and several note the owners were quick to respond and easy to work with on pickup and drop-off times. One reviewer liked the flat nightly rate with no extra fees, and another mentioned extras like a TV and hitch available at no added cost. Campers come empty, so plan on packing your own supplies. Not every rental goes smoothly. One reviewer felt their unit hadn't been cleaned or checked after the previous renter, and found problems during the walkthrough. The overall rating sits at 4.5 stars across 8 reviews.
