About Rick's RV Chicago
Rick's RV Chicago is a family-owned dealership in Joliet that has been selling RVs since 1984. They carry new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes, including Jayco and Starcraft lines. Reviewers often mention specific salespeople by name, saying the buying process felt painless and that staff were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The service department gets a lot of praise too. Customers write about quick repairs, warranty work, and insurance handling, with one noting that Mike in service got the job done at the price they needed. Another reviewer mentioned dropping off their camper on Friday and having work start that afternoon. The parts counter and texting support also come up as helpful. The dealership has won the RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Award five times. Wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking are available. If you're shopping for a Jayco or need service on your current rig, this is a local spot with a long track record.
