About Kunes RV of Chicagoland
Kunes RV of Chicagoland sits in Frankfort and handles new and used RVs, motorhomes included. It's part of the Kunes Auto & RV Group, which has been around since 1996 and runs more than a dozen locations across the Midwest. Mobile service is on the menu too. Reviewers tend to bring up the sales staff by name. Valerie, Chris, and Skylar all show up in the comments, and people describe the process as low pressure and the explanations thorough. One buyer said the team really worked to make the purchase happen. Others mention fair deals and a decent camper selection. The service side gets mixed notes. Longtime customers praise Mike, Matt, and Jodi in service, though one review flagged a gap between sales and service. Another buyer had a title and plate delay after a February purchase. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
