About Ralph & Ben The Rv Men
Ralph and Ben run this RV lot in Jackson, and the reviews keep coming back to the same thing: they tell you straight. One customer said Ralph was upfront and honest, guiding them through every step until they drove off with their camper. Another mentioned they found a great RV at a really great price. The shop handles travel trailers and repairs. A reviewer described a severe undercarriage problem fixed the same day on a weekend. A traveler passing through had generator and LP issues, and the team dropped what they were doing to help. It's a small operation, and that shows in the service. People mention Ralph greeting them at the door and being the last to say goodbye. If you're shopping for a camper or need work done, this is the kind of place where you ask for Ralph or Ben by name.
