About R V Parts & Electric
This Waterbury shop has been around for more than three decades, and the reviews suggest the owner, Tom, is the main reason people keep coming back. He's been praised for answering his phone late at night to help a traveler diagnose a fridge problem, and for coming out the next evening to fix a defective fuse. Another customer said he walked them through their first RV and showed them how everything works. The place does service work and sells parts, and reviewers mention jobs like swapping a Tiny House from 30 to 50 amp, getting a dog grooming van running after a hard freeze, and general RV repairs. One person called the crew knowledgeable and hardworking. Not every review is positive, though. One customer felt overcharged for generator brush work and a heater diagnosis, so it's worth being clear about the scope of a job before you commit. Overall, a solid spot to know about if you're in the Waterbury area.
