About Crowley RV
Crowley RV sits in Bristol, Connecticut, and carries new and used motorhomes, including Winnebago, Roadtrek, Regency, and Keystone models. They also have a service department and parts counter, so you can get work done or order what you need in one spot. Reviews often mention pricing, and many buyers say they got a great deal. The sales staff, including Victor and Bill, get shout-outs for being responsive and easy to work with. One reviewer appreciated that they allowed a private RV inspector and fixed what was found. Another praised Darren in parts for helping even though they didn't buy their Winnebago there. Ashley in service also gets kind words for staying on top of repairs. Not every note is glowing. A few people mention slow responses at times, and one had a warranty repair for a wiring issue. With a 4.1 rating across 110 reviews, it's a place where shoppers tend to talk about price and staff attitude more than anything else.

“Victor was excellent to work with on a left over 2023 Micro Minnie 2100BH FLX. Sometimes hard to get a response from but pleasant. Since we were coming out of state everything was done over the phone for the most part.” – Keith L., a year ago, on Google
