About Park Models Direct
Park Models Direct is a factory-located model center in Nappanee, Indiana, part of a company founded in 1999 that now has 19 locations across the country. They sell manufactured homes and park models directly from the factory, and delivery is available. Reviewers often mention specific staff members. Cody gets shout-outs for making the buying process easy. Michael, the manager, is praised for walking customers through everything and answering questions. One person said they talked to many other places that couldn't help, but Chris spent a lot of time on the phone with them. Others liked that you can tour the factory and see how units are built. The pricing gets mixed feedback. Some call it a great value with many options, while one reviewer warned about hidden setup and delivery expenses and said the quality is just okay. The office staff is described as friendly. If you're comparing park models, this lot is worth a visit, especially if you want to see the construction process.
