About Gloucester RV Sales & Service Inc.
Gloucester RV Sales & Service has been a family-owned lot in Hayes since 1978. They sell towable RVs, and reviewers often mention travel trailers specifically. The facility is not fancy, but that comes up as a fair trade for reasonable prices and straight dealing. Reviewers keep coming back. One has bought multiple campers and traded others, and another calls the owner a rare honest businessman. When a customer had a toilet issue on a Saturday, the staff helped by text and left the part outside the gate. Another buyer said the used trailer was clean and hardly used, and Frank walked them through the oven and systems. The shop does repair work and winterization, and they will deliver to local customers. There is a stocked parts department too. If you want a no-pressure lot where the staff knows the products, this is worth the drive.

What renters mention
“I have dealt with Gloucester RV for a number of years and their customer service has always been top notch... I'm never one to really write a review.. but for them.. I took the time out.” – Carolyn B., 10 years ago, on Google
“I cannot say enough about this place. Saturday at 3:30, we are in Williamsburg with a Dometic toilet issue. Not only are they helping us with texts and pics on a personal phone, but they are leaving a part for us outside the gate.” – Jennifer C., a year ago, on Google
“Great place and helpful people. They work very hard to please their customers. We are very happy with the used bumper hitch travel trailer we purchased from them. Frank showed us how to work the oven and all the systems of the camper.” – Roberta M., 7 years ago, on Google
