About General RV Center
General RV Center sits in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, part of a family-owned chain that has been selling RVs since 1962. The lot carries new and used units, including motorhomes and travel trailers, and the store handles financing, trade-ins, parts, service, and delivery. Reviewers often bring up the staff. People describe being greeted right away and salespeople who stay patient instead of pushing. Several mention thorough walkthroughs at pickup, and one buyer said a broken latch was swapped out before they left without any argument. Service department communication gets called out too, along with quick repairs and warranty work. It is not all praise. Some first-time buyers said follow-up on early problems was slow to start, and one visitor was surprised to find no RVs outside the building when they arrived. The dealership holds a 4.0 rating across 585 Google reviews. Call ahead if you want a specific unit ready to look at.
