About Ben's RV Center
Ben's RV Center has been on the lot in York since 1945, and it's still family-owned. The sales side leans toward used campers and travel trailers, and reviewers often mention a decent selection at good prices. The repair shop gets plenty of attention too. One reviewer drove past their own dealer to get work done here and had the rig back within a week. That mix of sales and service shows up in what people write. Folks mention helpful staff, good communication, and repair updates sent with pictures. One customer had a damaged rear panel replaced, with the manufacturer authorizing the work even out of warranty, and a scratched decal fixed at no charge afterward. Another had roof and corner damage on a 34-foot fifth wheel repaired and then stored for three months. The shop also does Pennsylvania state safety inspection. The rating sits at 4.1 from 82 Google reviews. Staff come across as pleasant and honest in the comments, though not every review is glowing. It's a practical stop if you're shopping used or need work done on a trailer you already own.
