About Factory Direct Marine & RV - Americus (Service and Repairs Location)
This Americus shop is the service and repairs side of Factory Direct Marine & RV, and it's also where LiV travel trailers come from. Technicians here handle maintenance and repairs on motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers and travel trailers, plus bowriders, pontoons and fishing boats. Parts are stocked too. Reviews are mixed, and the details are worth reading before you go. Several people describe being asked for phone number and email before they could walk the lot. One buyer said tanks were full at pickup on a fifth wheel sold as serviced. Others had a smooth time, praising staff by name for keeping them posted through a custom LiV build and for a trade-in that went through without surprises. Boat and pontoon buyers show up often in the feedback, and LiV lightweight campers come up more than once. The lot is wheelchair accessible. Since this is the service location, call ahead if you're shopping units rather than booking repairs.
