About Zephyr Van
Zephyr Van is a van conversion and upfitting shop in Coeur d'Alene. The crew builds off-grid Sprinter conversions and takes on upgrade work, from suspension and exterior mods to interior enhancements and custom Starlink installs. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the aluminum framing and the attention to detail. One owner says the van he bought after two years of builder hunting held up over two seasons of travel. Others describe frequent communication through the build, with Robert reachable by phone and open to personalization requests. A retired engineer who toured the shop came away impressed by the CAD design setup and the construction methods. Delivery is listed among what they offer. There are no posted hours, so plan your visit ahead. The 5.0 rating across 7 reviews is a small sample, but the themes are consistent.
