About Woodpecker Crafts and Builds LLC
Roger runs Woodpecker Crafts and Builds out of Pompano Beach, and the name on the sign says carpenter first. That tracks. He builds custom camper van conversions for Chevy Express, Ford Econoline, Mercedes Sprinter and Dodge Promaster vans, handling insulation, flooring, cabinets, solar, 12v electrical, windows and off-grid AC. Reviews keep returning to the same things: how much he explains during the process, how often he stays in touch, and how carefully the details come together. One customer said the work on their van held up over two years. Others mention he was patient with technical questions and worked with their special requests instead of steering them elsewhere. His shop also does general carpentry, shelving, storage cabinets and woodworking projects, and he built a showroom display trailer for one business. Service covers Florida. If you have a van shell and a rough idea, he is worth a call before you start buying parts. Call ahead for hours. The 5.0 rating comes from 28 Google reviews.
