About West Family RV
West Family RV sits just outside Charlotte in Norwood, and the family has been at it for more than 20 years. They sell used motorhomes and travel trailers, and they're one of the bigger parts suppliers on the East Coast. Service and consignment are part of the mix too. Reviewers mention the family business feel and say people here can be honest and helpful. One shopper recalled Cory describing work done on a camper that would've been easy to hide. But the 3.3-star rating comes from 21 reviews, and not all of them are kind. A few folks describe missed pickup promises and repair work that didn't hold up. If you're heading out to look at a unit, ask about the service history and get any commitments in writing. The parts counter might be the strongest reason to stop by.
