About War Horse All Terrain
War Horse All Terrain builds custom camper vans in Sarasota, from Mercedes Sprinter conversions to 4x4 overland rigs with solar and off grid systems. It's a family-run shop, and owner Kyle is the name that comes up again and again in reviews. Customers describe a design process where Kyle listens to every detail and offers advice along the way. Reviewers praise the craftsmanship and attention to detail, and several mention how well the team communicates. One customer had a Ram Van set up for traveling with multiple dogs, with secure crates under the bed and a layout that converts to an extra single bed. Another had a Sprinter built around accessibility needs. Off grid systems and four season capability are part of what the shop is known for, according to reviews. One reviewer passing through with an Orion problem got a replacement installed the same day and was back on the road. Delivery is mentioned, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
