About Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales
Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales sits on a 66-acre lot in New Castle, Indiana, with new and used travel trailers and fifth wheels. They also run a campground on site. The place has a 4.7-star rating from 1,381 Google reviews, and a lot of those reviews mention the selection and the no-pressure sales approach. Reviewers often call out specific staff by name for being knowledgeable and courteous. One customer said a salesman showed them both the good and the bad of each RV without any pressure. Others mention help with hitch installation and mapping a safe route home. The fifth wheel selection gets frequent praise, which fits with the dealership's claim of being the state's top fifth wheel retailer for 22 years. The service and parts departments come up in reviews too, including warranty work. Not every review is glowing. One customer had problems with a new coach right after purchase. Still, most feedback points to a straightforward buying experience with no hidden fees.
