About Vacation Trailer Sales

Vacation Trailer Sales in Benzonia sells new and used travel trailers and motorhomes. The lot has a 4.3-star rating from 33 Google reviews, and while some reviewers had frustrating experiences with estimates and callbacks, others drove hours to buy here after hearing good things. It's also an RV supply store. Reviewers often mention Brenda and the crew by name. One drove four hours one way and called the deal and camper great. Another bought a trailer and later recommended two close friends, who also purchased new travel trailers. A renter said the owner met him after hours on a Sunday during a severe thunderstorm, showed him how to set up the camper in the rain, and hooked him up. Not every review is positive. One customer described a rude phone call about an awning estimate and said no one called back. Another said recall work was done but asked-for repairs weren't, and an estimate for damage never arrived. The staff came through for a locked-out Class C owner, though: an employee searched for keys at home and again early the next morning. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
