About United RV Centers Inc
Family-owned and operated since 1991, United RV Centers sits on Highway 411 in Chatsworth, about 45 minutes from Chattanooga. They carry new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and destination trailers. The lot has a laid-back feel, and reviewers often mention the no-pressure sales approach and down-to-earth staff. One customer said the buying process was stress-free after a pushy experience elsewhere. The service department gets mixed feedback. Some buyers appreciate that the team kept a handshake deal to fix items after purchase, and the sales staff is called informative and honest. But a few reviews describe long repair waits with little communication. As one put it, the buying process was great, service not so much. Beyond sales, they offer parts and delivery. Fifth wheel selection comes up often in reviews, and the family-owned angle matters to people. If you are shopping for a new or used RV, this is a spot where you can walk the lot without feeling hovered over.
