About Ultimate Toys, Inc
Ultimate Toys builds and sells Mercedes-Benz Sprinter conversions out of Cincinnati. They've been at it since 2017, turning the vans into mobile offices, camper vans, and wheelchair accessible rides. The lot is also set up for trade-ins and delivery. With 191 Google reviews and a 4.5 rating, a lot of the feedback centers on the Sprinter vans themselves. People call the builds high quality and the ride smooth, and several mention staff who explain things thoroughly and treat buyers with respect. The buying process comes up often, mostly in a good way. One review stands out as a warning about post-deposit communication, so read through them yourself. Names that show up in reviews include Delaney in Cincinnati, David Coker, and service manager Rick Doran, who gets credit for sticking with owners after the sale. Someone who bought a used van elsewhere even got a long orientation call to learn the features. If a converted Sprinter is on your list, this is a place to walk the lot.
