About Tri City RV
Tri City RV sits in Bay City, Michigan, and sells new campers and travel trailers. It's family owned and locally owned, according to reviews, and customers keep bringing up the same thing: the staff cares. Salespeople like Todd and Amanda get named for being patient and generous with their time, even with shoppers who are months away from buying. Lacey and Jessica come up for making paperwork and financing easy. The service side gets its own shoutouts. One reviewer limped in off I-75 with a burning wheel bearing and the team diagnosed it and got them back on the road. Others mention the parts desk and being able to drop off a camper for service. The dealership also handles financing, trade-ins, hitch setup, and inspections. It's wheelchair accessible. Forty-plus years of reviews add up to a 4.8 rating, and the consistent theme is people who feel taken care of rather than sold to. If you're shopping campers in the Bay City area, this is one to put on your list.
