About TrailManor
TrailManor is a Parkston, South Dakota operation that builds lightweight hard-walled travel trailers. The folding camper design is meant for easier towing and compact storage without giving up the usual comforts, and the lot handles financing and parts along with the trailers themselves. Reviews land all over the place. One owner calls it a major financial mistake and praises nothing about the customer service, while another says the opposite, describing a company finally putting priority on helping customers. Parts have been a long-running struggle for some, though one recent customer had a good run getting a kitchen and bathroom wall rail replaced and singled out April for being patient and diligent. Others simply call the people great and the product unique for the price. Phone response comes up as a complaint more than once. The rating sits at 3.6 across 10 reviews, so read a few before you hitch up and drive over.
