About Thompsons Rv LLC
Thompsons RV is a small used RV lot in Phoenix that bills itself as an alternative to the big dealers. Reviewers mention Mike by name a lot. He's the one who walks you through the trailer, sets up water and electricity so you can test everything, and handles the paperwork himself. The buying process sounds quick. One customer had paperwork done in under an hour and a title a few days later. Another noted there was no back-and-forth with a finance office and no extra fees. Several people said the price felt fair. It's an as-is lot, so plan to check things over carefully. They sell travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers. Financing and delivery come up in the listings. The lot is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers often call the staff polite and helpful, and a few mention promises being kept after the sale.

What renters mention
“Had a really smooth, straightforward buying experience with Thompsons RV. Worked directly with Mike—no back-and-forth with finance office, no non-sense fee, which was honestly refreshing.” – Lenny S., 7 months ago, on Google
“I wanted to wait till all aspects of my deal were over before I made my review.” – Murtha A., a year ago, on Google
“Mike was very easy to work with. He had 3 different coaches to look at. Price was fair and we bought a 2007 Pacifica 40' coach. I am amending my review. On our first trip, disaster! A terrible buzzing noise, lost gauges and a/c.” – Vicki w., Edited 6 months ago, on Google
