About TerryTown RV
TerryTown RV in Grand Rapids is a family-owned dealership that's been around for over 50 years. They carry brands like Jayco, Keystone, Forest River, and Coachmen, with pop-ups, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes on the lot. The indoor showroom holds more than 200 units, and there's an entertainment center for kids plus a classic car museum to walk through. Reviewers often mention the finance department, saying the team works to make the numbers work, and many describe the buying process as easy. Sales staff get credit for being patient and not pushy, even when shoppers take their time. The selection of fifth wheels and travel trailers comes up too. One reviewer drove 550 miles to buy here because of the inventory. Financing and delivery are available. Not every visit goes smoothly: one reviewer had a roof membrane replacement that took about 10 weeks, with repeated delays and parts that needed ordering. The dealership responded quickly when that customer raised concerns. If you're comparing lots, this one is worth a stop just to see the showroom and museum.
