About Sportsmobile Southwest
Sportsmobile Southwest builds custom camper vans on Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and E-Series, Dodge Promaster and Chevy Express chassis. It's a conversion shop, not a typical lot full of inventory. The Gold Canyon location also handles service and maintenance for all Sportsmobile models, plus upgrades like solar and lithium battery systems. Reviewers describe a helpful team. One customer with a 2014 Classic 4x4 praised the clear explanations and said they didn't push expensive fixes. Another had pop-top canvas issues fixed under warranty and called the shop clean and professional. A repeat customer with a 2012 E350 mentioned fast, responsive service. Not every review is positive. One owner described serious conversion problems, including a propane leak, and said they had to unfold the bed to reach the sink water pump. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are preferred for service consultations. Delivery is mentioned as an amenity.

“Very helpful friendly team! I have a 2014 Classic 4x4 that needed some work/fix done (i.e. fridge trouble shooting and other electrical and heating issues).” – Klein P., 2 years ago, on Google
