About Southern Trucks & RV
Southern Trucks & RV sits in Springville, New York, selling RVs and trucks. The lot handles financing, service, and delivery, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you make the drive. The 36 Google reviews average 3.8 stars, and they split hard. Six reviewers call out helpful staff, and a few describe a worker maneuvering a 38 foot park model into a tight campsite after dark with just inches to spare, then helping hook it up. Others tell a rougher story. One buyer waited on a delivery that never arrived and says calls and messages went unanswered. Another says a replacement AC was installed wrong and the old unit never came back, then a separate repair tech said the original only needed a small part. Reviewers also mention missing titles, bait and switch pricing, and repair costs after purchase. Read the reviews yourself before you go.
