About Smith's RV
Smith's RV is an RV dealer in Okoboji, Iowa, selling new motorhomes and travel trailers. Reviewers bring up fifth wheels and toy haulers too. The lot sits in the Lakes area, and the place is small enough that you'll likely deal with the same people each visit. The service department gets most of the talk. Reviewers describe calling about a problem and getting in the same afternoon, with four issues fixed in one stop. Others name Kelli and Randy at the service desk for walking them through simple fixes over the counter. Warranty work comes up often, and one full-timer said Lippert tech support had already confirmed the problem before the shop stepped in. Not every review is warm. One customer warned others to be careful after finding issues on a used unit they'd paid a deposit on, and another said an estimate took far too long after an accident. With 84 reviews and a 4.0 average, the helpful-staff comments outnumber the complaints, but read a few yourself before you go.
