About RV Value Mart
RV Value Mart's Ephrata spot is a sales-only lot focused on travel trailers, both used units and budget-friendly new ones. It's a newer location, and a few reviewers mention that when they stopped in. One longtime RVer said the space is used well and noted lots of quality used units on the lot. Brent Riehl comes up often in reviews. People describe him as knowledgeable and not pushy, someone who listens to what you need and suggests what fits your budget. One couple said he made them feel like family and spent a lot of time walking them through units. A first-time buyer said he answered every question without pressure. Reviewers also call the staff friendly and the atmosphere welcoming and stress free. Delivery is mentioned as an option. It's a place to walk the lot, ask questions, and take your time deciding between new and used.
