About RV Outlet Center East
RV Outlet Center East is a family-owned lot in Tulsa selling new and used RVs, including travel trailers. Financing runs through a range of lenders, and they offer delivery plus mobile repair so you don't have to haul your rig in. The reviews land all over the place. The 3.6 rating across 16 Google reviews reflects that split. Several buyers describe smooth purchases and praise the help they got after driving off the lot. Others warn about used units with problems right away, from a broken window and a bad black water tank sensor to an A/C failure after the first use. A pattern shows up in the service department complaints. Reviewers say calls and text messages go unanswered after the sale, and more than one names staff who stopped responding. If you're shopping here, it's worth reading the reviews yourself and having any used trailer checked over before you sign. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
