About Ruff's RV Center Inc
Ruff's RV Center sits on a lot in Painesville carrying Winnebago and Monaco motorhomes, Wildwood and Rockwood travel trailers, Rockwood Roo and tent campers, and the Columbus fifth wheel. The pre-owned side has motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and tent campers too. Parts are on hand, which matters if you're fixing up an older camper. It's a full service shop, and they say they service what they sell. Storage is available for units of any size if your driveway won't fit one. Reviewers bring up the staff often, and several describe repairs and installs done right, including a winterizing job handled while a customer waited. Cost comes up as a plus in reviews, and a few people mention getting squeezed in before a scheduled trip. Not every visit goes smoothly. One reviewer found the front desk dismissive when asking basic questions about a unit. Others mention appointment timing and warranty work as sticking points. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the shop also handles diesel engine repair.
