About Roots RV & Sales Inc.
Roots RV & Sales sits on Wesley Chapel Rd just off State Rd 37 in Mitchell, about six miles south of Bedford and 65 miles north of Louisville. It's a family owned and operated dealership that has served Indiana and Kentucky since 1988. The lot covers new and used Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop ups, toy haulers and park models, plus rentals that include Class C motorhomes and travel trailers. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. People mention asking a lot of questions and getting straight answers, and several describe the sales process as low pressure and easy. Financing and trade come up in reviews, and one buyer noted the team fixed problems they found before pickup at no charge. Others point to service and say they were walked through towing setup. It's not unanimous. A few reviewers describe bed bugs and one had a rough phone call with a staff member. The shop rates 4.5 stars across 322 Google reviews. Rentals and utility inventory are part of the business too, so ask about those when you visit.
