About Ride North Recreation
Ride North Recreation is a powersports and recreation dealer on the northern edge of Maine, with a second location in Caribou. The lineup runs wide: RVs, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, pontoons and boats, plus brands like Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Honda and Heartland RV. Financing, service and parts are all handled in house, and they take trades. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Harmon gets named for staying in touch over months and for no-pressure sales, and one buyer drove three hours each way and said he'd do it again. Tim and Nell get credit for making an out-of-state order easy. Others mention polite, professional responses to online inquiries and quick test drive setups. Not every review is glowing. One customer traded a bike for one that turned out to need major work and said the shop stood behind as-is terms. Another found inventory limited and as-is bikes not clearly marked, though they still rated the visit five stars. The store is wheelchair accessible and open regular hours, not around the clock.
