About PleasureLand RV Center - West Salem
PleasureLand RV Center in West Salem sells new and used RVs, including motorhomes and travel trailers, and carries brands like Winnebago, Grand Design, and Thor. The lot also has a service department, parts counter, and delivery option. Reviews are mixed. Some shoppers praise specific staff by name for walkthroughs and say the service department fixed warranty items and sent a technician to a campsite to help with a leveling system. Others describe poor communication, missed repairs, and long waits for warranty work. Service bay handles generator repair, sway bar and tow package installation, tire replacement, and awning repair, according to reviewers. The shop is women-owned and wheelchair accessible. If you need parts ordered, reviewers mention that too. Hours are posted, but don't expect the place to be open around the clock.
