About Pierce RV & Marine Supercenter
Pierce RV & Marine Supercenter on Billings' west side sells RVs and boats, and handles service, parts, financing, and delivery. The lot carries travel trailers and 5th wheels, and reviewers often mention the trailer selection and boat inventory. Reviews are mixed but lean positive. Many buyers praise the sales staff by name, noting clear communication and a smooth paperwork process. One out-of-state customer drove from Dallas after a video walkthrough and said the unit matched what was promised. Others mention a camper walkthrough and an RV boot camp for first-timers. Some reviews point to hiccups. A parts department caller couldn't get through because the mailbox was full. Another buyer had battery trouble right after a pre-pickup inspection. The dealership also has a free dump station and propane refill, according to reviewers. Hours are posted, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
