About Pete's RV Center - Salem/Roanoke
Pete's RV Center sits in Salem, Virginia, part of a family of East Coast locations that date back to 1952. The lot carries new campers from Grand Design, Jayco and Rockwood, and the lineup covers travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, folding trailers and motorized coaches. Financing, trade-ins, a parts store and a service department are all handled here. Reviews run 4.4 stars across 245 Google ratings, and buyers often mention travel trailer and fifth wheel purchases. Several describe a no-pressure sales process and fair pricing. Others single out service manager Daniel and techs like Keith and Mike by name for inspection, warranty and furnace work. One caution worth knowing: the service department has drawn complaints from at least one customer about warranty follow-through. The service bay and parts store are closed Saturdays and Sundays, so weekday visits are the way to go. Accessible entrance and parking are available.
