Park A Way Rv

About Park A Way Rv

Park A Way Rv is an RV dealer in Pocatello, Idaho, selling new motorhomes and travel trailers. The lot has a parts department, and at least one reviewer had a good experience with Kendall in parts, who got their motorhome in the next morning and finished the work within an hour. Other reviewers describe a rougher time. One says a new camper needed parts added or replaced and two months passed with nothing done. Another mentions an underbelly repair that came back wrong and the camper sitting in the shop for weeks. A third calls the company scandalous after a leak in a new fifth wheel and says a warranty claim was denied. There is no service after the sale, according to one reviewer who called about a trailer recall and never got a callback. Another says they stood waiting while four employees ignored them. Pricing gets a five star from one shopper, though the same person gives sales support a three. The Google rating sits at 3.6 from 32 reviews. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
