About Optimum RV Zephyrhills
Optimum RV's Zephyrhills lot sells new and used RVs, with travel trailers and fifth wheels drawing most of the talk in reviews. It's a family-owned operation, and shoppers describe the sales staff as pleasant and low pressure. One reviewer said an employee let them tour trailers at their own pace and answered questions as they came up. The service side gets credit too. A technician walked one customer through a braking problem and showed where another shop had installed a baseplate wrong. Financing comes up often in reviews, including a couple who said staff worked around their monthly budget. Consignment, delivery, parts and hitch installation are also part of the business. Ratings sit around 4.1 from a large batch of reviews. Not every visit ends well. One customer who consigned a trailer complained about a missing plate afterward. Parts availability and warranty repairs come up enough to be worth asking about before you commit.
